These head units have a security feature that locks the device if it's removed from the car or maybe after battery is replaced. This is meant to discourage theft of head-units. When you buy a car from dealership, they also give you the unlock code which is unique for every car. So unless you know that code, or know some hack to bypass/reset it, it won't work.
your image also seem to be something like that. if you post a clearer pic, I can use google image translater, or you may try google translate android app. I am using it to understand my Honda Fit's multi-information display and navigation unit.
