Japanese navigation toyota,eclipse insert map disk solution

i have Diahatsu move and its Navigation system is not working the message appear on Japaneses language that's why can't understand but i think msg is please insert a DISC.

dear brother, the audio system in my car shows E0000012 and the car is toyota passo 2012. the player model is nscp-w62. kindly help me .nothing in the player is working . only shows black screen with E0000012 written in the center. someone told me that a micro sd card is required but i could not find any download link on the net.

Hey, can anyone assist me by telling me how to remove or delete music on the HDD navigation system for NH3N-W57 OR similar system in Japanese language.

I am also looking for the software for the Navigation System. But I really want to delete the playlist on the HDD.
