yes because every thing is quite far there and u have to drive alot, but the roads and traffic conditions r much better and no rust which is why cars r in better condition there

It depends, If all the family is settled in Islamabad (which is true in most of the cases) then the car is less driven whereas if people have to visit homeland more often then the car would be driven more.
