For those suffering Idling Stop issue where the yellow light keeps blinking, please do try the following in addition to tips mentioned by Pakwheelers above. This worked for me.
The main battery also needs to be in top notch condition for Idling Stop to work. Factory spec is MR - 42 R which is rated 12V, 38 Ah. You need to find a new battery closer to this spec.
In my experience when I didn't know better, I got a 32Ah battery which did get Idling Stop to work but CVT yellow light showed up. Scanning showed low voltage to transmission, acceleration became rough and ECO MODE (Green odo lights) stopped showing up.
Had to replace with new AGS 12V 48Ah battery. CVT & Idling stop issues resolved.
Another note, there is no need to reset your ECU for this issue. When the battery is right, the system should start working afte 5-10 mins of soft foot driving. If this does not help, you need to check your auxiliary battery
