@drusmannawaz & All senior PW Friends,
I have Passo 2010 model with engine meter running approx 85K. It was imported at the end of 2013 and thoroughly remained under family's supervision (means in a way or other I am aware with the car's history).
Actually the engine of car is vibrating in idle position from few days. I got it inspected by Toyota Capital Motors I-9 ISB and they told me that this minute vibration is normal for 1KR-FE engine and any thing further will not bring any positive impact.
I wanted to ask:
1. Should I stick to it and not to be worried about??
(Please keep in mind that vibration disappears after I accelerate the car. Also, the mileage is excellent, no sound from anywhere in the car except this rattling which gives unpleasant feeling. Car is running on HOBC completely)
2nd thing, after scrolling through all the posts of this thread I came to know that LiquiMoly 5w40 OR Mobil 1 10w40 are the two best engine oils for passo engine.
I had been using ZIC since import and just last time the mechanic (Auto Club I-10/3 ISB) used CALTEX HAVOLINE FORMULA 10w30.
And personally I am not satisfied with Formula.
Now I want to change it either with LM or MOBIL 1. But Toyota guy said that engine is used to with ZIC so any change in oil might disturb its performance and maybe you will observe smoke from exhaust silencer.
Please guide me about these two queries!!
Thanks.
