Right one is short and left one is same
front disks gone - close call - further delay would have resulted in rotor damagereplacement with MKcost 2800
sir ji there must be real squeaking sound at every brake pedal push, for very long time before coming to such condition,. which the driver must have ignored.
Stay safe periodic checks for such items over weekends take under 30 minutes.
Did it start making any noise or squeaking sound before you change it?
yes but the sound was more like carbon etcthe metal strip(patri) sound did not come for some odd reason resulting in over use
that metal clunking sound is actually indicator that now its time to change the pads and it saves your the rotor. Do check it that why it didnt kick in.
Are "genian" pads any better? I had mine replaced immediately after import.
obviously way much better in 3 times more cost the what i gotyou will find cheaper workable stuff in my posts here.--guard filters-mineral oil-MK Pads--affordable stuff
Due to low running I stick to genian stuff for now. I paid 7K or less for original pads back in 2018, good old days!

I did some research on my colour once I had trouble selling it, turns out it's a premium colour in Japan and one needs to pay extra for it LoL Oh well!
