here is my Boon, just purchased recently

my fuel average on eco mode without a/c is 15km/l (in city and with heavy foot)
with eco mode off it gives me 10km/l

is that ok?

2nd thing is that when i go for oil change should i go for toyota engine oil or zic ?
as i am planing to go to toyota 3s for it.

whats difference between boon and passo ?

I m really impressed by its performance after switching to Liqui Moly...

3s kbi janay k itefaq nae hua, But parts are abundantly available in open market...

Prices are high these days due to surge in yen, It will cost around 13 these days...

Better to use Liqui Moly 5w30 with genuine filters, available at Imran Autos Saddar Rawalpindi, near Kamran mArket...

Oil Cost Rs. 4200 (4 L Pack) (3 L will be utilized one time)

Oil Filter Rs. 650

Air Filter Rs. 1400

Bhai there is no difference at all, both are same cars. Produced by same company "daihatsu" in japan

As daihatsu is Toyota's company, they give some the name of boon and some passo

Only monogram and name is different.

He was himself in toyota company as a service manager
He also advised me to use liqui moly.

anyone along with dr usman to give their input regarding the passo fuel consumption difference in normal , eco and eco idle modes

Salam dear passo lovers . Please share ur input upon the total difference on fuel economy between ist generation passo(before 2010 models) eco models and eco idle models .In same conditions both in local and highway. Reason : there is a great price difference b/w these models (apart from being new models) due to fuel economy reason.

There is a huge difference in millage bro

My friend has the old model so i know.

But if your budget is low do get the old model, it is still a very good car from all aspects.

The engine and gears are very smooth no jerk or vibrations at all

Just wanted to make sure when to check or change cvt.

Anyone know what this thing is for?

The switch type thing in front of radiator inside the front grill

I have not find it in any other Passo i have looked closely.

And it is properly fitted with plastic brakit , looks like a company fitted thing. Not like after market or some local jogar of our electricians
