The fenders flares (or whathamaycallem...those black things) are made of steel sheets which have been machine pressed/hand crafted into shape.

Cost would vary owing to the job but good work is not cheap these days, I think this jeep ...oh sorry this TLC, was fully redone by Jamil Awan at City Sadar Road.

I was able to speak to Jamil Ustad and he qouted me some rates for the bodywork on the BJ40. He said there there was not too much work these days and also highlighted another reason for this particularly in the Pindi market: Non-custom cars ! Apparently these have now infiltrated Chitral and Gilgit areas as well and with nice TLCs available within 300k, people dont demand any locally crafted stuff where even a good BJ40 would cost at least 550k.

Nevertheless, here are the rates for the BJ40 bodywork:
Full Body Panels: ~ PKR 25,000/- (including front and back fender flares and foot rest as shown)
Rear Bumper: ~ PKR 10,000/-
Front Bumper: ~ PKR 15,000/-
