What do you people think about Bahria enclave? I believe it's pretty much near to blue area and f-6?

Nice discussion. I lived in Lahore and moved to Islamabad. since an year I am searching some reasonable land or house for my family. but believe me its so confusing that I could not decide. though I live in bahria town Lahore. please some one help me to make one and final decision as currently I have 4 million and I desperately need some accommodation in Islamabad.

I am telling you the best place and less amount for investment purpose or build own house within in Islamabad Zone-II (CDA approved society) in E-16/3 (Roshan Pakistan Housing Society) all other society property shoot up, even E-18, which location is after this property prices around 30 lac to 50,00000 which is definitely out of reach for a normal investor. But in E-16 Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme prices still reachable 8 Marla 12,00000/- , 10 Marla for 16,00000 and kanal plot is already sold. Its gateway for future because one side constructed is NEW Airport which started in June, 2014 or may be 2015 and its located on Tarnol, GT Road. One I visit last week in this area like B-17, D-17 its look like F-10 most beautiful place, two year ago when someone ask to invest in this areas, I visit that place, I refused because no development, its look like desert. If I bought a 10 marla plot in 2010 arround 5,00000/ now its 50,00000/- So now i dont want to miss this chance and I buy 10 marla plot in E-16/3. Your range is low otherwise NPF & PWD is best ....For Gulberg all wht i know is Flop many time bec of bad governance & Poor development rest Don't trust on marketing peoples they are just to sell u papar... For DHA i am too in MUTASAREEN ..

Sun face, second to corner, water-electricity-gas available on plot,approx 50/50% houses to plot ratio.
reasonable price.
