Yes... I might be wrong at most of the places as it has been a small amount of time since I am here. Time will clear the misconceptions...
Well once you accept a Job in UAE you are bound to sign a contract of minimum 2 years and breaching a contract usually costs the employee fines etc
Also weather company gives a release or not with which you can get a job in other company or puts a ban of 6 months OR charges money to give you release ...
Yes, but people can leave the previous job if they get a higher salary from the second firm. That's how we are working at least... If you get stuck in a very bad place with Budu's on your head, then things can be difficult therefore I mentioned "risk".
- You can only Apply jobs online and i differ with the fact that you would be able to give interviews and look for other jobs while working for a company .. Cuz one has to do its JOB too
and usually companies make you work like a A** and by the time you get back home you are just done ...
People do hunt for jobs even when they are employed. It is difficult to manage but not impossible. Yes you do apply online, but I see thousands of youngsters on "Tourist" visas looking for jobs and giving interviews.
- To get a Driver License takes TIME - MONEY - TIME and also if your company lets you apply for it or not .. Depends on Job Description in your Residence Permit.
Yes... It requires money...
But Dubai's driving license is like a degree...
Again, as you said, it depends on the job description. I mentioned this point as for certain jobs, I have seen companies giving priority to the ones with local license as they can move easily.
- in 2000 - 4000 one can only LIVE and Not save Much ... Sending money Back home DOES NOT count as Saving my friend ....
Okay... I agree with you again...
But just look at the circumstances... An engineer Graduate/Masters with not much experience if gets lucky, gets a job in Pakistan and gets a Salary of 30,000 PKR.
Can one manage? Can one contribute to his house? I don't think so... Okay, sending back money isn't saving but at least he's contributing... So if you are living a good life in Pakistan... You have cars and servants at home... Your father is earning good... You are not the only one to earn... Then don't come here... You won't be getting all those luxuries...
Working in UAE can be very fruit full but very complicated at times ... one should know what he/she is getting into ...
This sums up everything... It is complicated... Very very complicated... I was discussing the same thing with RacerF1 a few weeks ago... People think getting in UAE would make their lives easier... But everything has got their cons. Unfortunately now a days, UAE has got many...
One should think a hundred times before coming here. I have seen people returning back after a year or two thus wasting precious time...
