From where you left KKH - Astore
Astore - Chilum Chowki
Chilum Chowki - Deosai - Satpara Lake - Skardu
and more such...

Umm.. since these jeeps dont have any odometers or even fuel guages lol so i cant tell the actual distances, however here is the timelog for above locations so far and you may use google earth for a rough idea about distances:

Mansehra - Chillas - 11-13 hrs
Chillas to Ramghat bridge - 1:40 to 2 hrs
Ramghat bridge to Astore - 4-4:30 hrs
Astore to Chillam Chauki - 3-3:30 hrs
