July 1-7 2007: KKH, Astore, Skardu, Khaplu, Hunza Trip

I forgot the name of this place but its near Sazin. There is a hotel just behind this white top mosque.
Try Kabuly Pulao from there if someone gets a chance

The nalah passing in the background here is used to produce electricity for this local area. The water pressure was really high and was making lots of noise.

Now we were travelling at level with Indus which continued till Chilas except for the location of Bhasha Dam

We stayed the night at Shangrilla Hotel Chillas. Got two rooms for total of Rs. 2400.

Next morning we left for Astore around 7 a.m. after breakfast. The morning was unexpectedly cloudy and temperature was very nice. This seemed so much unusual along with bare stony mountains all around us with no signs of trees at all.
