ap ny naran ka to btadia shop ka k rent py hiking items mil jatay hen, but we have onle camps, but can u tell similar sort of shop in neelumn valley for chita katha trek?
we have no gas cylinder for cooking during treking neither sleeping bags? agr neelum valley men isi type ki hiring shop hy to kindly tell us

We (4 Friends) made a plan to visit Naran, Saif ul Malook, Ansoo Lake, Dudipat Sar Lake and we have 3 days for it. Friday 15th June, 2012 till 17th June, 2012.

1. Is it doable ?
2. Please tell me the time to reach Ansoo Lake and get back to Saif ul Malook?
3. Please tell me the time required to reach Behsal from Naran?
4. Please tell me the time needed to reach Dudiput Sar Lake and get back to Behsal?

I don't know whether any hiking equipment shop is available in Neelum valley but cylinder shops will be available for sure in main towns like Kundal Shahi, Athmuqam, Sharda and maybe Kel also.

They will give u cylinder on daily rental basis against a security fees which will be refundable. Better to ask your local jeep driver to arrange it for you.

3 days will allow only to do one of the treks.

First day will be consumed partially to reach Naran and then at max. u can reach Saif-ul-Muluk Lake and camp there.

If you start around 7 a.m. from Saif-ul-Muluk then it will take around 6 hours to reach Ansoo Lake if u r good experienced trekker.

Then it will take around 4 hours to reach back at Saif-ul-Muluk.

So u can say in total the whole trek is around 10-12 hours.

Dudipat Sar Lake is a 2 full days trek and u can't do anything else.

You can reach Besal in 1 hr 30 min from Naran as jeeps go there directly.

Besal to Mullan ki basti takes 8 hours.

Mullan ki basti to Dudipat Sar Lake takes 1 hour 15 min.

Dudipat Sar Lake to Mullan ki basti takes 1 hour.

Mullan ki basti to Besal takes 5 hours.

We returned back from same place in 2005 in our first attempt
