The vent is there - as per the last owner her kid cracked it while playing with it so she ordered a new one from the dealer which she gave me with the car. Ill slap it on in a bit - plan on taking it for detailing on the weekend and then will hook it up along with a 12 " JBL sub I have lying around for the sound system.
The rims here are basically optional - so they`re not hybrid rims - the DX comes with wheel caps and the EX series comes with these rims as an option.
I plan on slapping on 17"s or 18"s for the summer set and leaving these stock wheels for the winter - and the snow.
Insurance is expensive in Ontario especially after the govt removed the subsidy -- you have to have third party liability as a minimum but if you have a newer car you should go with comprehensive to protect against theft etc as well.
Only driven the car about 50 kms so far - waiting to go register it - but its definately got more pull under hard acceleration than the Prosmatic back home. Road noise is also less than the Prosmatic - both are smooth on the highway although the suspension in this car seems a lot more soft than the Civic I have back home. The braking is also a lot stronger and the car feels a little lower to the ground than the Civic back in Karachi as well - I think because of the roads here they tend to lower cars more compared to Pakistan.
Love the black interior on the car - it goes really well and looks smart! Also seems quite roomy which is nice....and with the tinting, the car looks great - all blacked out on white body.
