the stock alternator supports up to 70Ah to what i know,i didnt change the alternator,but i do have one direct wire from the alternator to the battery +ve terminal

1. You said in first post that car is self tuned, can you please explain that which things are included in this tuning.
2. In a post you wrote the car was electronically tuned to fix the air fuel ratio. Can you please guide me about this also. As once I inquired about it from Toyota Walton foreman and he told me we cannot modify these settings as they are fixed in the ECU.

1. by self tuned i meant,cutom plug gapping,timings changed(dont really remember,its been a while) self cleaned throttle body,didnt open the head till this day,lets c wt tweaks i can do to it though my tuneup is over due,thnkn of a diy this weekend before some friendly checks

2.i meant the car needs to be electronically tuned as the air fuel ratio is out at the moment due to the intake kit,fuel is lean in the ratio of the air coming in,need to increase it to a lil bit richer,like 2,3 points,
that can be done by connecting the car with a IT test comp to c currents setting n to change the settings as well ull be amazed to c wt milage my car is giving me,its faster than normal rollas n give excellent milage too

Great :). I think you can be a great help for me :). I am not at all into racing stuff but the car should have enjoyable drive else I get bored :(. My car is a family car so I'll be doing all the things step by step. The first thing will be to get iridium plugs.

Can you please tell me from we can get these settings changed. Because as I mentioned earlier Toyota People say they are fixed and can't be changed. Moreover how did you change the timing.

indeed car should be made for one's own satisfaction,not to prove whos fast,mashAllah my car is fast u wdnt c me racing 24/7,once in a blue moon is okay with me but not as a habbit
about the timings,i took help from my friend wasasy_ahmed,he did it for me,they were advanced for street runs,like making low end quick n high end slow,that was just an experiment v did,
n even once wassay did something to the ecu n the car was giving cut off at 4.5k rev with back fires though my plugs got messed up due to that

About timing, I think the 2NZ-FE which came in 2002 - 2008 corolla is without VVTi. The new engine has VVTi (although its an old engine now). We can feel a slight push in the acceleration when its get activated.

But I am more interested in settings of the ECU. Do wasay_ahmed has a device through which he changes settings? According to me, every setting is adjustable but as we are little ignorant in this regard, most mechanics including dealership make fool of us by saying that these things cannot be changed :).

meet me sometime n u can drive n check my car
i fil up from pso company operated pumps only,the cavalry one being the most frequent one
,im using shell engine oil ( ive no knowledge which oil is good n which is bad :S )
