none to what i know since i checked last time,my tune up is due,ill be cleaning intake manifold as well,the manifold sounds normal till now
though on my other car(xli 06) the manifold got damaged because my dad used cng for about 20-25k ,later on i took off the kit n threw it away but still damage was done due to cng as told by mechanics

@JZ did u experienced any damage / cracks on intake manifold so far ??

another member have posted few weeks back a damaged plastic intake manifold on his GLI - a 2005 Gli reworked last year i did not see any cracks or damage to intake manifold either. asking you because of few performance mods u been doing it so what's your experience, please.

checked the intake manifold yesterday while servicing the car,its perfect,no damages anywhere,the mesh is perfect too
got that serviced too with petrol,ull be amazed to see the amount of carbon n mud in it :S

n yes long ram intake is back in the car,no more stock box n v happy with the long ram,took a while to find that but really happy with it now.will post pix soon.
