Installed the header today,words cant describe the sound and performance gains its like it was running a choked header before,still need to tune the afr/ignition timing and vtc cam angles to bring out more out of it

here was a recent check with amans rx7 which is 1jz 6765 turbo with meth and NT555 semi slicks tyres,race was from launch and i was running 225/50/15 potenza G3's on 12psi,from launch

While getting the header installed at nadeem exhaust at gizri,my main guy for all my exhaust works

seems like the tps sensor is acting up again,cant blame it as the aftermarket mounts create alot of vibrations in the whole car,after all the above videos were made,i was suprised to find out from k-pro that the tps sensor was reading only 80-85% at times and at times 100%,maybe the inner wheel of the tps sensor has gone loose (its very fragile in there)

As traction being a main issue at the moment,mickey thomspon slicks were ordered.
size 24.5/8/15 which would be installed on the 8inch drag wheels i got off from a friends turbo integra.

Also due to non availability of race fuel,future plans have changed for this build
the setup is going through a major turn-around and would be featuring a new power adder.....

NITROUS!!!

the plan is to run 0.45-0.52 jets (75-100whp)
the nitrous kit would be a nitrous express dry single fogger mainline kit with future plans of
pressure regulated bottle heater and guage. The kit would be installed in the passenger seat area (which i had taken out due to weight saving).

The nitrous would be activated through k-pro,which would control when its being activated (from the parameters i would dial in) to how much fuel needs to be added to how much ignition needs to be retarted.

And to compensate for the detonation (remember i would be running 75-100 shots on 12.5cr motor),and to give some more octane,i have ordered the AEM water/meth kit for the n/a cars which unlike for the turbo applications which run on the boost pressure,this kit runs on tps sensor readings.
