i dont have all pictures of the process but everything was done by the manual,boring was done by faheem,gave him the specs of bearings and ring gap and piston to wall clearances etc etc and he did his work well!!

assembling of the engine was done by our mechanic named rashid,again everything done by manual,every bolt torqued down as stated.

after having a look at the pics i have a very serious offer for u my 04 vti prosmatec in pretty much stock condition in exchange with ur blue baby u might wanna do a similar project on a 04 model aswell

btw do u know kamal by anychance? he lives near my place in defence and he has this 03 cyprus blue civic with i guess a k20 motor put into it and man his car litteraly flies, i for once had a run with him in his civic and me in my 07 prosmatec and i was litterally humiliated and i guess hes about to swap in a manual trans aswell as it is auto ATM

@309: i know kamal very well,he has an f20b auto in his car,which would really be interesting when manual.

The car was started without any hitch on first crank,did its run-in of 1000km,now i await the arrival of the following parts to make the project kind of complete

oh thats great. btw bro i msged u on f.b regarding stage 1 mods for my vti pros 04. u seem to be one of those who knows what ur talking about regarding performance mods so bro tell me is it worth spending 13-15000rs. over getting headers and piping made for my car plus a freeflow exhaust, i do have a air intake. so will it pay me off or it's just a waste of money. and u were also talking about A/F ratios plus fuel pump cleaning/replacement for better performance so i would really appreciate if u could guide me on this.

@309: well i think it would be waste of money to spend anything on this engine,the money spent wont justify the power gained,you would be better of buying something else.
