Lalazar Hotel is in Naran and Shogran.
Rooms are good but not the best. This is for mid-level budgets where u want reasonable accommodation. Rent could be 2500-3000/day or so in peak season in Naran. I haven't stayed in Shogran so no idea about it.
Two of my stays there were in off-season and each time i paid 1000/day for a room with 2 single beds and extra mattress. On 3rd occasion, i paid 1800/day.

I have travelled with him on trekking and family trips and he has been very responsible and helpful person. The best thing is that he is honest and not greedy. He will charge the market rates but u will have peace of mind.

I have travelled only once with him and he was also very nice and responsible.
The best thing about them is they won't make lame excuses that other drivers do like
- don't open the "top" roof of jeep
- not going to locations off the main treks.
- pushing u at stop-overs to spend lesser time
- demanding something else at end against what was agreed earlier
