seems to be very slow there....not sure how much tym it will take, but u can easily reach kaghan in any car..dn hire private jeep to naran...

It is a great time for all snow lovers to go on their off roaders to enjoy snow.

There are total of 3 glaciers between Kaghan to Naran, first glacier being the worst.

I went to Naran with no chains. I returned on 7th April.

Best view of Naran is right now, all covered in snow

due to shortage of petrol i didnt attempted shogran....but ive done 2kms, no road there till 2kms, else i didnt knw....but car cn go there...

hellow and welcome to PW...if ur talking about NARAN, then u can easily reach kaghan in any car, then if glaciers removed u cn easily reach NARAN BAZAAR...roads are good, good fr a car...u can see greenery alot my friend...THANKS..

Road to Naran will be opened in May. You can reach Naran in your car easily.

And what about 2km stretch ahead of Naran? I intend to go to Naran during third week of May and my only interest is atleast that two km stretch beyond Naran. Naran bazar is just for sleeping in a hotel room.

Does any one know any other places we can see around Naran, by trekking, but not more that 2 hours of trekking as I have family with me...Please give me a list of places I can visit other than Saif ul mulook..

you should try shogran- sri - paya.
Paya is lovely place.......
May be you will be able to reach paya on jeep then you can trek as much as like on paya meadows.

Can you please elaborate? All the other posts are saying cars cant reach Naran at the moment!
