Need expert guidence on my rig

its a CJ7
was bought couple of years back witha plan to build an offroading mean machine but unfortunately due to lack of experience i have been ripped off always. Long story of its build up but i will just make it short.

Engine: 5Vzfe auto tranny 4X4
35" AT tyres
15" rims deep dish
Winch 3tons auto remote
Roll bar extreme metal used to make it stone hard
A/C installed
After Market Headlamps
Roof LED BAR
Interior floor covered with aluminum sheets for a better look
Rear Seat Installed
Suspension has been done for alot of times but still its very uncomfortable
Mileage: 2 to 3km/l which is why its always parked
lifted up locally as was guided by some 1
tunning done million times still no satisfaction
drive is almost as if driving a Dumper

need expert guidance where to located the best guidance and satisfaction level of work
Plz note the ride was build in 2 years due to lack of guidance and mechanics.
Auto tranny is also not up tp the mark the ride some times loose it power
Fuel tank is off from cultus

Need proper guidence plus the workshop for specifically 4X4

Cost was at the high end as they are orignal got it for i guess 40k back in 2016
