Thank you @jadoon1992_vxlimited for your comment. I really appreciate it and sorry for too late reply. I planned to reply to all comments after the thread has been completed but I had to leave for Lahore & then Galyat trip in between so this thread remained unfinished. Today got the time again and now I will reply to all the comments made by PW friends.
Regarding your questions..
1) Road Condition: Road condition is not very bad. Its carpeted well but it is a single road as soon as you cross the bridge at FFBL. Watch out for huge speed breakers whenever you are nearing a town or in the town.
2) Pucture Walas: Puncture walas are available at every town. And all these towns are nearly 15-20 km apart of each other. So not a big issue in my opinion.
3) Safety Concerns: Frankly speaking, I never had any fear traveling in interior Sindh. People are very friendly and they give you a lot of respect. In Karachi, I will think twice before using my cellphone or camera in public but here I used these things freely with no fear of being robbed or anything.
4) Things to carry: Nothing much because everything is available in the towns/cities you pass by. However, do keep all the paper work (registration papers, license etc) up to par. Keep a few general medicines like panadol for headaches, small first aid kit etc. If possible also carry your water. I usually do keep water on such trips because I find it waste of money to buy expensive mineral water
