i have a plan to visit fairy meadows and nanga perbat with my uncle .We starts our tour on 24-26 th june and return back to karachi on 8th july any body interested join us .

Dear Mr. TM
U can take yr SUV till Raikot Bridge for yr visit to FM & NP.
Onwards journey till Tatoo Village requires a 4X4 which u have to hire from there.
The local jeep drivers won't allow u to take yr vehicle on this trek which is maintained by them & is their bread & butter during season unless u pay the jeep fare Rs 6000/- being rent for the jeep whose turn is in the line.
Hope u understand.

Great Plan! Best of luck. I have visited that place in 2005. Don't forget to keep good camera with U :P.

In 2005 the charges for Jeep rent was 4000 Rs. Aqeeb bhai is right. they made this road by hand with no monetary support from govt that y charging much high or even if you want to take your own ride. On our visit in 2005 one local boy told me; way back in 70s there used to be a carpeted road till fairy meadows. Don't know its true or not!

Good decision, it is Beautiful place to visit. I am a regular visitor and visited these places many times.

U can park yr ride right beside the bridge & it is safe.
I did so 2 yrs back with my corolla when I visited FM & stayed there for 2 nights.
Good huts & camps available at FM.
