Hassan bhai thanks for your kind words and appreciation. Actually after going through the details of your thread I decided to use my Daewoo on this trip. Thank you very much for your mail in which you provided your number, actually I was finding difficulties in hiring of appropriate jeeps for the tour as per our previous plan we were 9 to 11 persons for a week long trip, that’s why I asked for you number to discus the on hand situation, but unfortunately due to some unforeseen office commitments our whole program become very uncertain. I will surely call you some other time to have a nice chit chat. I once again thank you for your support and also for the award.

Thank you for the kind words dear, as regard to the wild bear you mentioned is actually a “Marmot” these are found in abundance on the mountain slops and valleys of the area and is called as “Khn Chooa” by the locals. For further details about this local animal please click on the following link.

Great work and hats off to you for this adventure.

I also visited Neelum valley last year and went upto Taobut and Karimabad. It was worth spending time as it is no doubt one of the most beautiful places in pakistan.

I will be venturing soon for Shaunter Lake.
