Good photography and nice tour, quite a new location for me.

I have few queries, kindly share little more about:
1. Road conditions from Gari Habib ullah to Muzaffarabad.
2. Distance and time required to travel from Muzaffarabad to Sudhan gali.
3. As you have posted some photos, assuming road conditions are good or metaled throughout from Muzaffarabad onwards before picking that narrow track. What are overall road conditions of that narrow track to sudhan gali and any idea about distance?
