Bike parts After and Before Powder Coating
its not an ordinary paint
its a thermoplastic coating electrically charged
and baked inside the oven at the
controlled temperature of 200 degree centigrade
Kawasaki GTO main Frame, Front Kaan, rear swing arm,
side stand, main stand, handle assemblies, front T, disk caliper,
disk oil reservoir, air filter box, clutch lever, front brake lever,
rear shock absorber coil springs, battery box.
all came originally on powder coating
(don't worry some parts are of Honda 70cc of my friend)
Powder coatings have been shown to possess significant durability and resistance to abrasion, corrosion, scratching, and chemicals when compared to liquid coatings. Powder coatings stay bright with less fading.
