next and most likely last difficult task was setting up its wiring properly. again I resort to KE175's manual, traced all of its wiring. repaired it handle grips, tachometer and speedo meter. I used Suzuki GP 100's turn signal for rear , new similar small size turn signals for front.
wiring setting was bit confusing but after lots trial and error. I finally set its wiring into proper working.
Things is modified: I use 12v rectifier and all lights and flasher is working on 12v.
Head light: according to wiring manual, headlight should connected direct to battery but I connected head lamp with dynamo coils directly (like Honda's headlamp) but problem is that it lumens very dull, I change headlamp to 6v now it lumens better but not as bright as it have to be.
