Keyless Entry Problem

Got ANOTHER cell changed and still no results. This is frustrating! I am going to Defence Prime Motors tomorrow so hopefully, they'll have a solution for this.

Sunsystems or so called sun systems came in like 1990s mid and they were mostly japan made their range was brilliant and sensitivity was in real terms absolute perfect

to check how good is ur remote and security system
go to a hilly area in freezing cold and then check the range
then ull know how much in deep water ur system is
mostly dont work

Hmmm... see, I am not going to go and test that. All I want is it to work in normal range!

@zeeshansyed as i told u in my 1st post that it cud be a cell prob or antenna (aluminium or metal piece in remote) maybe its loose or check the car for the main control receiver antenna maybe thats loose,u have to check all the ground wires including the antenna of the main control unit in the car.
my uncle bought a new civic in 06 ,he got it converted on CNG after a month,after conversion when he drove his car on 2nd or 3rd gear the car made noise n jerks n did missing,he got it tuned several times but nothing,then he drove the car back to the shop which INSTALL CNG system ,after a long time they discovered that the GROUND wire is loose i was about to kick that guy but anyway lol

@zeeshansyed well if u cant do DIY then it wud be gr8 that u shud take it to the shop where u got it INSTALLED from,and u can visit KDA Chowrangi CNG conversion shops they also install keyless entry system but make sure if they can do it or not

dont go anywhere they will tell u a lot of solutions but they cant do anything....Dont screw up your car by going to electricians....

@Zeeshansyed meri Vitz 2004 ka bhi yehi problem hai mein bhi jab dashboard k paas jata hun to keyless entry kaam karta hai otherwise nhi karta....koi masla nhi isse koi effect nhi parhta car ko

But still, it's a GREAT feature that I really really want to enjoy!

I will defenitely not get it screwed by some lame old jahil electrician. Will only get it checked by some expert

Ok guys, here is an update. Yesterday, I was standing in my living room and I pressed the button the key and my car out in the garage unlocked. I tried it a number of times from different locations and it worked from good distance! ALAS, I thought my problem was over by a miracle or something but then I took it out to Defence and stopped my car there and then pressed the button to lock it but it didn't work like it was working earlier.

Let me tell you that I checked it NUMEROUS times just to see if the cell could be the only issue. I locked/unlocked the car using the button the key several time and it did work but then after driving it when I tried it again, it did NOT work like it's suppose to work.

Any ideas? PHULEZ!

Similar problem I'm having now but I havent yet changed the cell to see if thats the problem Guess I'm too lazy Are u sure an auto electrician cannot fix this problem?

Though i can't help you much on ur issue. But better check from expert autoelectrician for this.
Regarding keyless entry, i have some real good word and wanna share with you.

Keys Locked in the Car?
This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a Cell Phone: If you lock
your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone on your
cell phone. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have
the other person at your home press the Unlock button, holding it near the
phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves time for someone to drive
your keys to you. Distance is not a problem. You could be hundreds of miles
away and if you can reach someone who has the other remote" for your car,
you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).
