Total Milage 3600 Approx For city to city you can easily google it
Fuel availability almost everywhere
Yes sindh is now much safer but only N5 National Highway if you travel via Old national highway or Indus Highway there are security restrictions
We did not face any checking issue only one check post of sindh near moro waste our little time remaining KPK check posts only ask from where you come and where you go and check CNIC then say good bye
