yes most of the places r open for general public except the guest houses bhai KNP officials were with us as our guides n no paid guests r allowed there at KNP so obviously we didn't pay them when we reached there they said " oodbalow aa gaya khunjerab main hoo jamaaloo" so we were their VIP guests
