Take Engine To Operating Temp....
Recommended To Revv It Upto 2k-2.5k RPM..Dont Let It Idle...So Oil Pump Can Splash Oil Nice And Good Across Engine And Specially Cylinder Walls....Once Temp Achieved...... Check For Leaks
Drive At 40-50% Engine Revvs ...
Accelerate In 1st 3-4 Gears Then Deaccelerate .....
Then Go Upto 60% And Do Same.....Accelerate And Deaccelerate.....
Change Variation And It Will Be Done In 1st Few 10-20km.....
Then Drive Normally ...After 1st 20-50km....Oil Change Is Recommended.....Then Pour Fresh Oil/Filter And Use Upto 2500-3000km With Ease
Imp Is To Keep Everything Factory Stock Tappets /Timings .....If Proper Clearance Is Kept And Engine Is Well Assembled With All Need fulls Taken Care Off....Engine Overhaul Actually Requires Patience...A LOT Of It....To Take Care Of Every Small Bit As It Will Be Packed Again To Run For Another thousands of Km's.....So Rushing Inn Is Not The Way....If You Properly Clean/Bore And Then Properly Assemble Engine And Then Break-In Nicely....Its Good For Another Thousand Of KM's....
