Same happened with me once but my speedometer cable was worn out at that time got a new one and speedometer came back to it's senses.

I'm also facing a similar problem but in my case it's in almost all gears.
It only happens when the weather is way too hot outside. So far i have changed the distributor cap and rotor as they were already due for a change. Nothing happened by changing them.
Had a brand new New era ignition coil at home replaced that. Nothing happened.
Changed the fuel filter as it's change was due. Again that didn't helped.
Fuel pump is fine in my case as it was replaced sometime back.
Now only thing left that i can think of is fuel tank. Either that is getting air locked or gets some pressure in it.
Interesting thing is it only happens on hot day's. If it's not that hot then car behaves normally.
I am confused need suggestions about this issue...

I tightened the cable by pushing it from near firewall (from where it goes inside dashboard and a little bit by putting hand through fuse box (very carefully) and now it seems to have fixed (did not test thoroughly though yet).

I think it got a bit loose during fitting back. Speedometer cable grip and cable have play, Grip was tight, but cable was loose internally.

Will replace it if it keeps causing issues.

Leds are normal leds, not high power, so it's bright enough but not distracting at all. I will post photos after sometime.

Will replace needles soon as they don't glow well, even after cleaning.

is there any heat up issue bro well as u said about changes u have make are almost done everything is there any sensor in ur cultus near air cleaner or exhaust ? i donot have any idea about efi cultus

I guess you mixed that with someone else.
I'm talking about Khyber...

The stock needles don't glow that much.
In my car the wire has a little play where it fits in speedo the connector is tight but wire has little play..

@hassantahir2 ma engine oil abhi garmio ma 3500 pe change krwa ra hon our 3L havoline 10 w40 sL grade is it good?
There is still some leak around distributer dont know why and tappet cover se same ati hai jis kk waja se 200-300 ml oil 3500 ma kam hota hai sirf.... Ab ma aesa he use kr ra hon our engine ko wash kr lete hon 2haftey bad

You can use that oil till 4000-4500kms easily...
Tappet cover seal does leak abit in carby Cultus no proper solution for that. Minor oil Consumption is normal if there is leakage.
50-100ml to kam ho hi jata ha normally bhi agar koi leakage na bhi ho to.
