why compare suzuki with suzuki eveyrone knows its the shittiest piece of machinery on the plannet and we all love it as it was the only cheap soultion we had for so long. anyways Both car suck in quality big time and interior and braking are from a museum i think the only good point khyber has its power to weight ratio oh I forgot it has no weight in real world car standars. You can jump start it by using skate board methods all alone. Go and do something sensewhile like maybe try and fill the rust holes that suzukis get every month or so. Anyways japanse swift was a much better car. leave that alone you khyber freaks.

[MK1 - SA310 / SA413 (1984-86)]
Becuase of Its Older Styling and Suspensions EXCEPT For in PAKiSTAN. PakSuzuki didn't Managed to Stay with Time and Dragged this Little puss To A Decade MORE.....

At That time Also PakSuzuki overpriced The Khyber (Swift) and NOW Still it has Overpriced Cultus which is The Very reason i Dont Like iT.

Ager abhi koi New Pakistan Assembeld Car Buy kernae jaa Raha hai Too he Should keep in MiND that He Would Face Problems EVEN with The New Machinery!

I also had Owned a Cultus, The very day i got its Delievery, BEING a Car enthusiast, i tried To get as Much pros and Cons of iT as Possible and Came to a Conclusion that 5.5 Laks For this Piece of Metal is JusT a WASTE !! .... is sae acha Thaa i would have bought a Khyber in 299K and Spend another 50K on iT to GET iT to My TastE and STiLL iT would SaVE me around 2 Laks!!..

I mean I can Swap The Hole interior ,NEW , in iT ! Design ma Own Panals and Get ma Seats Fabricated Custom !! AND Still Save MONEY !! .

Not To mention the Cheaply available Spares!

Khyber came with a G10 and if i Am not wrong Cultus here in PK has a G10BB engine Which PakSuzuki has Managed to MAKE A Banana of a EnginE! .

Khyber's G10 is a Strong piece of Machinery And Pak Cutlus's Engine JuST wants To LiE Down and Idle it Self weneva Possible !.

No Offense whatso eva Intended Towards the Owner of any of the Afore mentioned PakSuzuki'z """Models""".

From all the things said above I can conclude that its only the engine that made cultus a bad car.
Maybe the body was never meant to be run by a 1000cc carby engine, its Paksuzuki that made this experiment and people had no other choice.

yaar ,,how can u ppl say that cultus's engine is bad,,,,,,u have videos on pakwheels where the car has reached 97km/hr in only second gear and 13 seconds,,,,,,,

i myself have attained 145km/hr on gas which i think no other cng car can do,,,,,,,,,,and khyber cant do it for sure as i had one in 1996

and if u call cultus overpriced ,,then khyber is surely overpriced bcoz even after its production has stopped,,,+bad interior+ bad exterior,,,,,u get it around 3.8 and that too only 1999 model

those who talk against the engine know nothing of maintaining a car,,,,,,

cultus' ride can be as smooth and quite as u like,,,,,,but it has to be maitained well

I guess my post talked some sense into some people. Now remember Khyber is shit khyber is shit :). It crappy car made from tin that is why it had pick i remeber when i drove the khyber the first time around 8 years ago, acha dont go and try it my freind owned one and his mech did something wrong to its carby installed some pin the other way then it was supposed to and it gained lots of pick like 0-100 in 10 sec. and it refused to go straight. So low traction and worst possible handling. braking was also garbage acha and then the car died battery was low and then i pushed the car my self and started it all alone. Peice of shit car.

same vehicle..... different names...... Cultus, Swift, Khyber can happen to be the same.... only minor differences in specs are there..

im sure if cultus was remained tagged as khyber and was introduced as a newer model of khyber, all of those disgracing it must have been singing tunes of cultus am i right???

in the attached pic, just see which one is swift and which one is cultus......

i think khyber is no match to cultus...just see for urself the poor workmanship of khyber..all the equipment n parts seem to be built locally by iqbal mistree...the car(brand new) used to rattle n most of the things used to stop working just a few months after purchase...just take an example of its tailgates..simply pathetic...no match to cultus.khyber became so much popular not becoz of its utility but becoz of people's compromise on quality..n as far as weight to power ratio is concerned, i dont know much about it..all i know is that i've beaten every pathetic khyber in every drag..n i can swear on that...sorry no offense to khyber owners..just a reality which u people have to believe.
