Unfortunately that's the problem with most of local cars.

I know that's too much for Saga but I gave a rough estimate. It will be CBU/ import. The fully loaded will be 2.5.. Again Proton being a new brand , even if Saga is best car out there, local public will still have hard time accepting it.

Saga has the MOST boring car design I've ever seen. Absolutely no soul whatsoever. Has the looks of a taxi cab from some early 2000's videogame.

at city/yaris price tag the competitor is proton persona, saga is supposed to slot below them and it'd be an extremely stupid move to launch it next to the yaris and city. In Malaysia, it's priced below even the proton iriz

What about Vitz? 2015 is going for 2.2million+, What about other JDM, all are hatchbacks like Passo, which crossed 2.2million bracket already yet 3-4 years used and R grade

Even at 2.5million, I believe that KIA RIO will capture good market and people like hatchbacks, digi car is favorite for rural areas but in cities like Lahore/ISB etc, Hatchback and Sedan has atleast 3:1 on road.

I accept your opinion, but I believe that KIA put unrealistic price tag for Picanto. 1.6 million was good price tag for it but KIA raised it's price to make more profits and superiority complex over Cultus.

Today, while traveling back to Bin Qasim, I spotted two Kia Stinger, both in dark blue color. I also spotted a hatchback, not Picanto, it looked like Cerato (also in the dark blue color).

Although, I couldn't snap the pics as the cars were driving from the opposite side of the road. Couldn't snap it on time.

Saw a big trail of Kia Sportage(s) driving on by one on the road. Those CUV are selling very nicely in Karachi.

The hatchback could have been Rio too.

There has been a previous sighting of Cerato in Mercury Blue color in Karachi too but the notable difference was that it was a sedan!

There is a mountain of difference between picanto and a cerato hatch/Ceed. It was probably just a Rio i think.
But the stingers are curious, they already brought in a red stinger why bring two more, and that too of the same color?

Not sure why but I’ve seen them time and time again in Bin Qasim roads driving down the highway. Yesterday, I saw two both in same color. And yes — Pincato is much smaller, it was a stupid comparison I made, it was probably Cerato or Rio. They were driving down the highway where Toyota and Suzuki has their plants there as well.

People in Karachi are buying a substantial amount of Kia Sportage, their numbers are increasing on the road day after day. It sounds like a really nice investment.

I've seen that dark blue Rio hatch many times on shahra faisal and malir link to super highway road. Maybe it's that person's daily commute. I've even seen that Rio way before Kia launched sportage and picanto officially. When they were in the testing phase.

Dont know about Karachi but the Kia Sportage is really hitting the roads of Lahore.

Its getting really good sales.
