Hi Guys,

I finally received my car, FWD. It was booked in April, expected delivery was August, but I got a call on the 1st of October. Collected the car on the 2nd of October.

I wanted to change my tyres. Any recommendations of what should I get? Please share your experiences or should I stick with KUMHO?

Hope you are having a good time. I am planning to book AWD with delivery time of March 2022. Any thoughts when the 5th Generation will arrive. PW says the expected launch date to be Jan 2022 at following link which does not seems true to me but what you guys suggest, should I wait for the 5th Gen or go with the booking.

Two. If you change them, your warranty will end forthwith and trust me with the prices of parts Kia has, you don't want to take that risk

Kumho has a lot of issues as highlighted this year on social media. Few lots are defective.

I think changing tyres wont void the warranty.

Got a call from dealership to receive our car tomorrow (previously he was hinting that we'll get it in late November). I have a few questions:

Can someone please share the checklist which I should follow to check the new car? For e.g. Paint Quality, any dents or scratches.
What is the best car cover to get and from where (I'm from Karachi)?
Is installing tracker worth it if the car is already insured? I'm in discussions with a tracking company called Falcon-i, if someone used their products/services please share the review.

Secondly can anyone confirm what are the charges for KIA Sportage FWD 2021 in Sindh.

PakWheels On-Road Price Calculator shows total of 106,505/=PKR

But dealership is asking for 140,000/=PKR. Even if I add 14,000/=PKR as service charges it totals to 120,505/=PKR what is this difference of 20,000/=PKR? Am I missing something in the calculation?

Using adamjee for 5 years no issues no qualms.

Tracker is good used in Revo 18 but that was company car. So mandatory.

Falcon will call you after 1am if the car starts. This became a headache as the car was transferred to operations and they used it on the terminal

Never on personal car. Warranty gets void no matter what the dealership says.
Install obd tracker for personal use.

Falcon-i is offering a new product which requires no wire cutting and is a OBD Tracker. Though I have refused to get it installed as it seems redundant to me when the car is insured.
