Kibor+3 per annum for late delivery exceeding 60 days of "INITIAL BOOKING"

Here is clause for the Car late delivery penalty to be paid by car manufacturer. Now where does the 60 days after FULL PAYMENT comes from.
Govt needs to clarify what is "Initial Booking" Is it applicable on Full Payment only? If it is so that should be clarified.

Yes I somehow missed this point in my final video

Company will tell you they are only liable for the Initial/Partial Amount. So you will still get the penalty as percentage of the Booking/Partial amount only. Company will say the purchaser paid by his own will and that the company/dealership did not force him to pay full amount.
