Ahmed, from the pictures I can see highway is deserted. How is the security situation? Is this regularly patrolled by security guys like KKH?

Coast guard and baloch levi checkposts after every 50 km or so. Didn't see any patrolling. But there is no security issues. Check news archives, this region is never under crime by grace of Allah.
