Sunny: The reason cars are carried away is because of security concerns. They dont want a car with bomb shombs near the terminal.
As for fines... fines mean nothing for rich folk. We all know of what goes on the motorway... Porsche drivers are given fines but keep going up and down like noone's business. For them the 250 rupee fine is just like a token little kids put in amusement park rides. It's nothing.
