Ha ha ha - True that - He's also the only dude from Khi though, and I'll back him for the simple reason that the lancer we're used to seeing here in Khi comes with no ABS, which would give the Civic an immediate up

i was also looking for a car n skipped lancer only cox it dont has ABS so how can you call it a good safe car?

civic also has driving pleasure and handling is also very good i have taken this car till 190km/h and car was fully undercontrol and its brakes are just awsum, and civic 2005 is hot nowdays, so if you compare engine wise civic takes it if you compare on basis of comfort lancer takes it but overall if you score it i would 80/100 for civic and 75/100 for lancer, though i am also a hard fan of Mitsubishi

civic surely for all other reasons - comfort/handling of JDM is better, its not apple to apple comparison

One thing i can't understand why our pakwheelers just make a ******** of our locally assembled cars. I admit these are not as good as of japanese but that doesn't mean these are so crap.

Bro, I need your help. I have brought a lancer 2005 1.3 petrol driven (no cng). In the morning even in hot days (I reside in karachi), the engine shows missing until the temperature reaches half. As the temperature rises, the missing also reduces. I have changed my plugs, replaced 1 coil, serviced the injectors but the problem solves only a bit. The mechanic says that the tapets need to be adjusted.

What is your advise? If I mix my fuel with hi-octane, will it solve the problem? Or the tapets will do?

Bhai I am a lancer owner and was in the same decision making process as you as both cars fell in my budget.
But bhai please buy a lancer 1.5 JDM
Best fuel economy and is better than 1.6 lancer, best drive due to CVT transmission
And many more salient features.
If you can get your hands on a sat nav jdm then I think you will be the luckiest person.. whatever the owner is demanding pay him as those are very rare.. I have a black total genuine sat nav lancer and it seriously is wayyyy better than civics 2003 -2015 I had a reborn for 6 months and I don't miss it at all because lancer is an all rounder.
You will be gliding in air trust me.. just find a good peice.
I was lucky with a 2015 reg car with very low miles on it.

Only handling and braking. Mitsubishi's comfort is very classy, even better than the new civic.
