Suspension with oem shocks and bushes may well run over 100k easily.
Timing belt + tensioner (inside the plastic timing case) and v-belts (alternator, power steering and AC) are the items you should get replaced first and foremost.
Once that has been done you may move onto other areas. Aim is to keep the car as stock as possible.
First check everything around the engine. Go area by area.
Intake:
Air filter
Map sensor (can get for Rs 1200 from Ali Express. These get sluggish with age and car's performance reduces without any codes)
Throttle body and idle motor cleaning
Ignition:
Coils and wires (Get new OEM set or get Flamma coils + OEM wires)
Plugs (NGK BKR5E-11 only or equivalent Denso as given in owner's manual. Use exact numbers and not similar numbers)
Exhaust:
O2 sensor (can get for Rs 3000-5000 from Ali Express. These get sluggish with age and car's performance reduces without any codes)
Catalytic converter cleaning (Needs to be removed and cleaned. Mechanics normally suggest using concentrated acid but it can weaken the wire mesh inside if used for very long. Either use concentrated acid for a very short duration i.e. a few good shakes and then flushing with water or use a 50:50 mix of acid and water.)
Fuel:
Fuel pump
Fuel filter (can get clogged. Check whether it needs cleaning or replacement. One symptom is a longer self on cold winter mornings)
Injectors (spray test and cleaning if required)
Fuel pressure regulator (this is very hard to test and a common cause of unexplainable low fuel average. Best to replace it regardless. You can get new OEM or from Ali Express as per your budget.)
NOTE: Make sure to use new parts only. New means new and not kabali (for some reason Pakistanis believe kabali parts are new). Mechanics tend to recommend kabali parts as they get commission on it from the vendors but kabali parts are from vehicles that were once running so most of the time they have either already lived their life or are at the end of it. Which is why a car which uses mostly kabali parts can always be seen parked at a mechanic.
