Assalam O Alaikum All. I want to buy a Lancer and my budget is 10 -11 Lac. But lot of people suggest me not to buy this car as there is a lot of parts and resale problems. But I like the car so much and really want to buy it but confused. Please guide me. I want to use it as a daily driven car in Lahore and sometimes go to out station such as faisalabad etc.

Please guide if I should buy Lancer or get some civic, city in this budget. Bcz I want to buy a sedan. Thank u all.

Any car this old needs a mid life overhaul so you'll have to get everything done yourself. Most people don't stay up to date on maintenance and repairs. But once you get all the work done then it runs reliably. Parts are not an issue and resale is lower than corolla and civic but that's not your concern because you're not buying the car brand new. Used mein lower resale means you can buy it for less than a corolla or civic.

Carpet mats of my Lancer 2006 (1.3 GLX) are worn out. I cant find the beige original or good quality mats made specifically for Lancer. Do you know carpet mats of which other popular car (city, corolla etc) would perfectly fit in Lancer?
