Engine condition check engine details on vin plate with engine to make sure if engine is original or swapped, rust, if original body, registered or unregistered, year of registration, book file, chassis number if tempered etc...

That is the biggest concern. This IS done in Pakistan. If the vehicle is registered with a clean book, it should be fine, right?
