@OP: I've researched a lot of laptop recently as I was also buying a laptop in the same range. First of all go for new one, and look for core i3 or core i5. Core 2 duos are outdated.
The core i3 laptops that are available in Pak arer very few, esp in low range. Dell inspiron 1564 is the most common laptop as it has low price, and yet include almost everything you need. So it's the obvious choice. Specs of Dell Inspiron 4010 and 5010 are exactly like 1564, just a minor difference with 2-3k more price. Both the models are available in core i3 or core i5, with options of graphic card, higher RAM and GB. You can also buy compaq cq41 or cq 61 with core i3 and core i5 options, higher RAM, graphic card etc.
These are the only good models available in Pak below 60k range.
If you can go higher, then the best choice is HP DV6 2150. It has everything anyone need, a very fast processor and hard disk speed, pre installed windows 7 and 4GB RAM. Price is very reasonable at 70k. Also Sony EB series with almost same specs and price is also available.
I wud say the prices you are getting are very reasonable. Just a couple of months ago Dell 1564 basic version was available at 54-55k without graphic card. And I don't think it will go down much below that (as it will most likely discontinue afterwards). So go for it.
