Anyone received compensation from AlHaj Proton, their deliveries are more that year late ??

I came here to see how much I will get
I had deposited 9 lacs in August 2021. And full payment om 21st Dec 2022. I wish they delay the car for 2 months so that I could drag them for this kibor etc..
Kibore is on initial booking then I must get it for almost 2 years if my car get delays??? M I right

From my knowledge (at least how toyota is doing) the penalty is applicable on booking amount as well, the penalty is calculated from the date of PBO till date of Invoice minus 60 days and average kibor rate during these months.

In your case if the vehicle is delivered within 2 months of full payment the penalty amount would be calculated on Kibor + 3 Percent on 9 lac, not the full amount.

Brother understood. But the time will be how many Weeks or months on 9 Lacs. As I had submitted 9 Lacs 20 months back and also more than 2 months passed on full payment as well.

It'd be

(Avg Kibor rate + 3 percent) * (booking amount) * {(total days between pbo and invoice - 60 days)/365}

For time elapsed after payment of full amount I'm not exactly sure but i think you should add the following to the above value:

(kibor + 3 percent) * (total amount - booking amount) * {(days between total payment and delivery)/365}

Just wanted to jump in and say that as far as I know, the refund is indeed effective from the date of the original booking, so yes, it applies right from the day you place your order. Speaking from my own experience, I've encountered an unscrupulous company in the past that delayed my car delivery by more than two months. It was super frustrating! So, I eventually decided to turn to A-1 Auto Transport Inc. to deliver a car from another state, and I must say I was very satisfied with the quality of service and speed of delivery.
