Latest Rooms rates at Naraan and Shogran and Road COndition

Did you book the hotel before going on the journey or did you just showed up at the hotel and booked on the spot? Secondly whats the name of the hotel and what about road conditions?

I just showed up at Zam Zam Hotel which is on the main Naran road a couple of hundred meters before exit to Jheel road.

Road from Mansehra to Paras is fine

Work still in progress at Paras huge land slide area with diversion tracks.

Road from Paras to Naran has several bad patches

Jeep track to SaifulMaluk lake is terrible as usual.

We gave 6000 for Babusar pass and Lulusar Lake.

And gave 3000 for Paye from Kiwai.

These rates are based on 8 people.

When there is only one person who wants to visit babusur, lulusar, noori top and all other places which requires jeeps in this case how much money he has to pay full amount or there is any travel options like local busses who can carry multiple persons who r not part of group just random?.

I get is there any transport or jeep waalaas who take people of different groups like a transport open for everybody specially if the person is single and can't afford to book whole jeep that's my main question to all places arround Naran which requires Jeeps?.

go with your own jeep (if possible) and for room rates consider anywhere between 2000 to 99000 per day (as all of them are looters and services are -7 star)

I just paid 5700 to jeep driver for a package to Babusir Top, Lulusar, Jalkhad and Lake Saif-ul-Maluk and that too on weekend......

So if a person is alone and can't able to afford the jeep rent he can't visit the places is that it no local jeep transport available for the persons who are alone etc...

came back from naran last week and the rates r high at this time

stayed at STC motel : costed 5500 for the weeknend per night and 5000 for the thursday night ( before 17 july the rate was 3000 per night nd its only for families )
jeep till saif ul maluk nd back : 1600
jeep till babusar top back : paid 5200
took three horses from saif ul maluk till ansoo lake : 1000 per horse ( a must for every one !!)
fresh water rafting in naran : 500 for the medium route and 1000 for the long route ( one of the best adventures iv ever had !)

I was in Naran on 3rd of July... Naran was like Murree.. so crowdyyy u know... I personally visited some motels for rooms.. majority of hotels were demanding 3500 to 4000 for a 3 bed room. But finally i managed to get rooms on 2500 for 3 bed. last year rooms were costly as there were not Camps / tents.. Bt now camps made staying in naran a bit affordable.. If you are 6 to 8 people, you can easily got a camp on economical rent like 1000 / camp. Even some families were looking for camps due to low prices..
So i think for boys in group ( Lafabdar party) camps are best...!

Rates of Jeeps for Lalazar. 1,800-2,000 (rough ride I doubt nay jeep will go below this rate)

Paid Rs.5500/nite at deMonchi hotel (newly opened nice one)
Paid Rs.500/nite for extra matress
Paid Rs.6000 for whole day for Lalazar, Lulusar Lake and Saif ul Malook (stayed for almost 30 mins at Jalkhad on return.

Room rates in naraan gone up .. And and they r charging minimum 5000k for a night....

Two new hotels have been built at Saif ul malouk lake... And they r charging 10k for a night stay but u can have camping thr at lake as well...
