I'm asking that how much a 2003/04 LC Cygnus would cost? We're in 50-60 lac budget, and we need a good SUV in this price range. I've heard Fortuner is a good option in 50-55 budget, but I heard it has poor safety like chances of roll-over and lack of Vehicle Stability Control.

Not a balanced car, local toyota made, not much attractive and much more. Its variants like Range Rover, LC and Prado are much better then it.
@Poster, If SUV is not your target, try getting the 7 series, best car in 5 million budget, full of luxuries and grace.

when going for used cruisers your main concern must be original mileage and maintenance history, documents verification is then next step if u strike a deal

It's local-made. Fortuner is assembled in KHI.

Brother if you want some serious off roading, 7 seater capability with extra space and eqipment and comfort and do not mind fuel economy you should get a 2004 Lexus LX470 50th year edition with 4.7L V8 wil cost you around 4.8 M.
It includes 5 speed auto, EBD side curtain airbags Mark Levinson DVD system, hide control etc and the list goes on.

If you want to lower the fuel consumption and cost the normal 2002 VX limited wih 4.2L diesel inline 6 will cost you around 4.0M.

If you will spend 60% of the time on city roads you should buy a 2008 Toyota Harrier 3.5L V6 Hybird will cost you 5.5M.

Do not look for LandRover etc their parts and service will cost you an arm an leg easily twice of LC based SUVs.

I can hardly find the same car in 4.8 Mill range and that sure is a better buy in my opinion. Actually, Cygnus is the same Lexus LX 470, except it has toyota badges in it. But you're right. Better source me up who ever is selling the said LX 470 at 4.8 mill, because this is indeed a good buy, because I see most people (even in PW) sell the same LX 470/Cygnus for more then 6.8 mill till 8.3 mill. And if you can tell me, how is Mark Levinson sound system good? Is it better then those after-market sound-system? Even a Harrier/ RX 400h is also a good option as well, and that's newer too.

Brother you are right the cygnus is LX470 except LX470 has much better equipment I have not seen the Cygnus with night vision HUD display and rain sensing wipers etc.

In Karachi you can easily find the 2002-03 Cygnus within or below 5.0 M.

Harrier is much better than old LC or LX470 especially the hybird version if you can compromise the status symbol.

You cant buy the Mark Levinson system or aftermarket equivalent unless you want to shell out 200K for some Focal components and AMPS.

The old shape 2008 Harrier will cost you around 5.5M with 60K mileage and new shape 2009 will cost you 7.0M with 20K mileage its very rare though.

You can also look for a 2003-05 BMW X5 with 3.0L M57 Diesel engine will also cost you around 4.0M in good condition with less than 75K KM.
