Please explain what you mean by brightness. Brightness as in lumens ? Reflector housing HID just scatters the light without any focus or a specific beam pattern whereas projectors utilize the charged up xenon light and puts it to fill use by creating a proper bean pattern. AND btw retrofits are normally done with complete HID ballasts as well. So its basically hid in reflectors vs hid in Projectors. You can search on Google for further info if u happen to disagree with me pal.
Since the retrofit i haven't felt the need to use my high beam unless i am willing to disturb others. High beam literally unleashes the true potential of a Xenon bulb from a projector and pushes out a flood of lighting.

The same thing it do while placing the LED in a Projector lense of Car Beam..... The Cut off is clearly visible with my CIVIC low beam projection LEDs.......

Furthermore koi Dheet ka Bacha ho to aur baat hai otherwise when ever i just flash a guy coming in front of me with High Beams, They immediately put down their high beams..... Jo Dheet nahi karta phir Maza Chakhta hai.......

But my Dear! In all driving conditions I used to lit Low beam projections only so that not to hurt abuse others and to get abused from others....

Its good see my fellow pakistanis caring for others on the road. But sadly on Motorway I still encounter 80% of the vehicles with high beams. Dont know the science behind it. I have never felt the need to use high beam on motorway if driving within speed limits.

For best results the only solution is a bi- xenon projector housing with hids.

For halogen housing use Osram night breakers or Philips Rally bulbs with relays, clean head light lens and most important properly aligned beams.

By opting these people will never turn to HIDs except for shodas.

Been wanting to post this for a while now but khair, here it goes. I recently btought some Philips H4 leds and PIAA yellow h11 bulbs for our car in Pakistan which is also a city. When I drove it last year when it was brand new, I was thoroughly disspaointed at the output of stock halogens. I was told by many to opt for HIDs but those suggestions were completely ignored for two main reasons: first it is a nuisance to oncoming fellow motorists and also HIDs spread light all over the road rather than focusing them in front of the car. I will post the pictures of the results aswell.
P.S. I also used Philips xtreme vision but was dissapointed to hear that they blew out in 5 months.

By the way HIDs and LEDs without projector are not legal.

I was fined by traffic police on GT road on using LEDs in my swift.

I have travelled an ample amount on motorway M2 at night time and have yet to be stopped for this. Have been stopped for speeding but it has never come up. Khair, I feel morally right using these when compared to blinding glaring HIDs in halogen housings.

-And the best part is that there is no glare to oncoming motorists ( Atleast in the headlights of city)! A big plus for me. Considering they cost upwards of $200, they sure do fir the bill properly.

Yes. I am also using Philips LEDs. Bit expensive but worth the price in term of visibility, quality and no glare to others

Foglights are meant to illuminate sides not the road in front of you. Your fog lights are going higher in height as compare to your low lights. Your low lights may not glare anybody but your foglights will. Adjust them properly.

As far the glaring issue is concerned than law enforcement should stop people for using high light. There are tons of people on road who use high light consistently, if everybody would drive on low than there wouldn’t be any hid user glaring everybody.

I’m using hids from like 2008, and right now I still have hid in high light of my car, but i use it when there is a need and it’s a pretty high end one.
High bulbs are of morimoto xb 55 4300k and they’re connected with acme 75w ballasts so if I see someone boasting with chinese hid at my back and someone i see who won’t turn off their halogens, yes I give them tons of light from their back so that they can see properly; Moreover, i travel Mostly in night from Lahore to Rahimyarkhan so I need it most of the times.

Ironically, I was at Honda today and noticed one of the bulbs pointed oddly when the car was jacked up and inquired whether or not this is normal, I then got the fogs adjusted as the installer didn't lock the bulbs in place properly due to which one of the fogs was portraying it's light upwards. Allhamdullilah everything is set now and the light portrays towards the sides etc just how it used to be before as these are factory installed lights. Thank you for your input and for the sound advice! I will try to snap some current pics before I leave the country as I live in the states. Car is ussually in use of my father for whom I wanted something of quality for his night-time driving.

High beam in bi xenons is really sweet. Low beam has extensive coverage and lights up the road really well.
Sorry but originally h4 halogens are extremely poor both on high and low beams. Low beams are very dull and pale and when in frustration you switch to high beams they just point towards the sky and nothing else. Unluckily, if u are travelling at night and have 4 people sitting in your car say goodbye to a peaceful journey.

Answer to my question is that to not use LED in Reflector. Will prefer to stick with stock just to avoid inconvenience to other drivers.
As of now, sticking to stock.
