Let's say you pay 15k for a pair and they last you 2 years. Doing simple math, you are basically paying 20ish rupees a day for these lights. Considering the clarity they offer at night where a split second in reaction time can save your life, they are totally worth it

Yes, agreed. Life span of the led is one thing but I am sure the brightness, clarity and overall quality of the light is much better from Philips and other renowned manufacturers when compared with these Chinese brands.

What is the color temperature of them? 5500K or 6500K...?

I think the best option is to get Philips LEDs from AliExpress which cost around Rs.8,000 and are delivered in 15-20 days.
