I am looking for a 32" tv from any good brand, the ones available in market are not Full HD can any one here suggest a 32" HD model from samsung?? one is available with homeshoping its d5000 but its price is freaking 57k, and the one 40eh5000 id for 53k. now the problem here is that when i searched google for 40eh5000 some sites say its an lcd tv not led, also on homeshopping says it has 100hz motion rate and on some other sites they say that it has 60hz please help me!!

See the link below from Samsung website, EF5000 is an LED TV (however only 50Hz, and ideally you want to go for 100hz), an official website cannot lie or make false claims:

The 40 LED (EH5000) is pretty good! However, if your pocket allows, go for a 46 inch one! the viewing experience is really too good on a bigger LED in my opinion. But obviously you will be paying around 90K!

Friend, trust me, Sony used to have a brand name, but today teh technology of Samsung is best, followed by LG. rest its your choice!

Two people i know bought 40" leds .. one was EH5000 and the other was EH5300 but i think these are some chinese versions of LED and

-- there are very odd limitations .. one doesn't have audio jacks (no headphones options even) the other has optical out and a headphone jack but if your system is 5.1 and doesn't have optical input then there was no way attaching it to ur tv which plays mkv and m2ts files
-- the 5300 is a smart tv but the keyboard was worth 4500/- and camera for 16000/-
-- both had unrealistic colors
-- in older versions there were options that cleared the pic of cable but these tvs do not offer those options

My advice would be to check the LG tvs .. i've not checked them myself but the reviews are good and i think that LG tvs are still the original ones .. sony and samsung are now coming from a different source in Pakistan and of low quality ... (just an opinion)

eh 5000 for 50k in pindi bara w/o warantee and for 60k at murree rd with warantee
eh 5300 for 60k in pindi bara w/0 warantee and for 75k at metro with warantee

Well i bought the samsung EH5000 from samsung center for 61.5k and the tv has quite good colour representation.
I bought it about 4-5 months ago.

Dear LSE Bhai ! I bought finally ORIENT LED TV after comparing it with Samsung. In my opinion it`s result was better than Samsung on cable. I might be wrong in my observation but i did not want to spend more on the item, i did not think better. I checked SONY also and thought you were RIGHT in your comments on it.
