if you have a budget for 3.5 million why dont you look for RKR rather than 4runner AKA surf.
Rkr is too uncomfortable. 4th gen surf, he should be looking at around 7 mil
I am looking for a 4th gen 4runner with a budget of around Rs.6 M take or give. preference is 3.4 v6
The budget is low for a clean unabused car
i can manage my budget if vehicle is clean. I am also fine with a really low budget SUV with engine swap and diffs rebuild, if needed.
